How is the processing rate selected?
Select a flow for the real food at its expected temperatures, viscosity and particle condition. Account for heating duty, pressure loss and the pump/circuit that will be supplied. A number from another fluid or geometry is not a rating for this order.
Can the system process puree with pieces?
A concentric passage can be selected around a defined product, but clearance is only a mechanical criterion. Particle heating and residence require a product-specific assessment.
Are all listed temperatures pasteurization settings?
No. The wider thermal-equipment family spans different duties. Specify the selected product/package process and distinguish it from a UHT or aseptic route.
How are cleaning and service handled?
The selected CIP circuit runs through product-contact branches with supply, return and drainage defined. Joints, bends and instruments need service clearance. Site support and acceptance records are set by the supplied scope.
Can it join an existing line?
Yes, when the incoming feed, heating/cooling utilities, outlet condition and downstream stop response are defined. The pasteurizer can be supplied as a thermal section with separate interfaces to existing preparation and filling machinery.
