A product-specific pasteurization duty
Pasteurization conditions are chosen for the food and intended distribution and package. The configured heating, holding and cooling sections deliver that duty within an accepted operating range.
The family reference temperature and holding ranges include other treatments; copying their upper end onto a pasteurized juice page would misstate the process.

Higher-temperature treatment needs its own system scope
UHT is a different thermal-process specification and may need different downstream hygienic conditions. Commercially sterile packing depends on the validated overall product, equipment and package operation, not simply on a hot outlet from a tube.
Aseptic storage, filling, SIP and hygienic connections are separately specified where they apply. They are not standard inclusions of every pasteurizer image.
Connect measurements to the food and package
Review product inlet state, thermal history, residence, particulates, diversion sequence and outlet condition. Acceptance records for hardware and controls support, but do not replace, the food-process assessment.
