Clear juice and cloudy juice are different feed conditions

Describe whether the juice is clarified, cloudy or pulp-containing. Include inlet temperature, solids and any entrained air. An upstream filtration or deaeration step belongs to the wider process and is specified separately rather than assumed to be part of the pasteurizer.

Connect heating and holding to a stable feed

The selected product pump moves juice through the concentric heating circuit and the defined holding section. Changes in incoming temperature or product flow affect the required duty and the control response. A process condition should be selected for the juice and intended package rather than copied from a general equipment-family range.

Choose the outlet around the package

A cooled bulk route, hot-fill route and separately configured aseptic route require different outlet conditions and surrounding equipment. State receiving pressure, temperature and what happens when the filling machine stops. The thermal unit does not establish shelf life on its own.

Prepare a focused juice enquiry

Send the juice type, approximate operating flow, inlet temperature, pulp condition and intended package. Identify available utilities and whether the unit connects to an existing line. These details support an equipment configuration discussion without requiring a complete project document at the first contact.
