Start with four useful facts

Describe what you process, the approximate operating flow, the incoming product condition and the operation that follows. If the product process is not yet defined, say so. This is more useful than requesting a generic maximum-capacity machine.

  • Juice, puree, sauce or another pumpable food
  • Normal and expected minimum flow
  • Inlet temperature, texture and any pieces
  • Hot-fill, cooled bulk or another receiving process

Add the conditions you already know

Where available, add viscosity across the working temperatures, solids or particle profile, the selected heating/holding process and the required outlet. Identify available heating and cooling services, power and cleaning connections. Do not guess missing values merely to complete a form.

Ask for a clear equipment scope

Request an equipment list distinguishing the tube banks, pump, vessels, holding path, cooling, controls and cleaning connections from preparation, storage and filling outside the supplied scope. Ask which drawings, checks, instructions and support are included.

Use a short enquiry to start

The enquiry form accepts a brief message and optional equipment or application context. You can provide the engineering detail as the project develops. Product-process validation and any package or shelf-life claim need the relevant product evidence.
