Information submitted
The initial form requests a name, email address, a short message and consent. Company, region, selected equipment or application and technical notes are optional. When you visit, we retain a limited first-page source record in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes: validated campaign labels, the page you first visited, supported equipment or application choices, and the external referring site. We exclude other query fields and personal path details. The source record is included with your enquiry so we can understand which equipment information brought you here. Spam verification checks the request before delivery.
Do not put sensitive commercial or personal records in the first message. We use the submitted details to respond to the enquiry; the selected context is included so the equipment question is understood.
Delivery and retention
The form sends the accepted request to configured private receiving addresses. A short request reference and digest are retained for up to seven days to prevent duplicate sends after uncertain responses; the durable receipt does not store the message body.
An email copy may then be retained in the receiving mailbox under its ordinary mailbox controls. A failed or uncertain submission is shown as such and should not be treated as delivered.
Your choices
For access, correction or deletion of information you sent through this website, contact the public address shown on the enquiry page. The response may need the reference from the form to identify the request without collecting the whole message again.
