Access around the real machine

The long tube banks, return ends, support feet and service valves need reachable clearance in the proposed location. The control cabinet and process connections must be coordinated with nearby product and utility piping.

The ordered layout identifies the tube sections, connections and surrounding operating clearance.

Specify the ordered boundaries

Process and utility drawings identify the product passages, heating and cooling services, cleaning supply/return, drains, instruments and control states. A layout summary can show equipment position and access without claiming to be a drawing of a delivered customer installation.

The selected supply may include installation, commissioning support, operating instructions, training or spares as agreed. Each appears in the final scope rather than being assumed for every enquiry.

Check assembly and sequence under agreed conditions

Inspection can cover construction and fitted materials, appropriate leak or pressure tests, instrument checks and selected control interlocks. A water run demonstrates circuit continuity and the control sequence without making claims about every food.

A product trial adds information about temperature, pressure loss, fouling and texture for the specific recipe. Food-process and packaging acceptance require the agreed product evidence.
