Product inlet and outlet
Describe upstream feed temperature, pressure, flow stability and product condition. At the outlet, identify receiving pressure, temperature and machine-stop signals. Connection dimensions and materials are set by the selected equipment drawing.
Heating-service supply
Give the available heating service and its supply condition. The selected arrangement needs sufficient duty and service circulation for the required product profile. Include relevant return and drain provisions and confirm the actual ordered heating configuration.
Cooling-water or chilled-water circuit
State service supply temperature, available flow and return limitations. The required cooling duty follows product flow, exit condition and intended outlet. A colder target may require a different service configuration rather than a change in a controller setting.
Cleaning, power and access
Identify cleaning supply and return, drains, electrical supply and any required controls interface. Confirm isolation points and the space needed to service return bends, valves and instruments. Keep product-contact cleaning and heating/cooling service routes distinct.
